YTD22 Series Automotive Longitudinal Beam Special‑Purpose Hydraulic Press
Product Description
This series comprises specialised equipment developed for the forming process of automotive chassis side members. It is primarily used for the stretching and press forming of automotive side members, whilst also being suitable for the press forming and straightening of other thin-gauge metal parts.
The equipment in this series features a three-beam, multi-column structure, offering high overall rigidity and resistance to off-centre loads. It provides a spacious working area, facilitating the installation and adjustment of large dies as well as the handling of workpieces.
The equipment utilises independent power units and electrical control systems, combined with PLC control technology and a closed-loop synchronisation control system. Programmes can be set according to the forming process requirements for products of varying lengths, enabling multiple operating modes such as jog, manual and semi-automatic.
The hydraulic system combines an integrated cartridge system with proportional control valves to achieve high flow rates, high synchronisation accuracy and a stable, reliable pressing process, meeting the high-precision forming requirements of large sheet metal components such as automotive longitudinal beams.

Performance Features
1. High-rigidity three-beam, multi-column structure, all utilising high-strength welded construction and subjected to ageing treatment to effectively eliminate internal stresses.
2. Large, open working space; the equipment features a rational structural design with a spacious working area.
3. High-precision synchronisation control system utilising PLC control technology and a closed-loop synchronisation control system.
4. Through selection via the control panel, both fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure forming processes can be achieved, with functions such as pressure-holding delay.
5. Centralised push-button control is employed, offering adjustment, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operating modes. Programme control is also available to meet the process requirements of products of varying lengths.
