YTD32/69 Series Vertical and Horizontal Hydraulic Presses for Drill Pipes
Product Description
This series comprises specialised forming equipment developed specifically for the manufacturing processes of oil drill pipes, and is primarily used for upsetting, reaming and end-forming operations on oil drill pipes. This series of hydraulic presses features a combined vertical and horizontal structural design and can be supplied in a variety of configurations to meet users’ production requirements: both vertical and horizontal models utilise a three-beam, four-column structure; a combination of a vertical three-beam, four-column structure and a horizontal integral C-frame structure; or an integral frame structure. The equipment utilises a hydraulic system to provide stable pressure, thereby achieving plastic deformation of the material at the drill pipe ends and enhancing the strength and machining accuracy of the drill pipe connection points.
