YTD72P Series Rare‑earth Permanent Magnet Forming Hydraulic Press
Product Description
The YTD72P series of rare-earth permanent magnet forming hydraulic presses are specialised automated machines developed for the precision forming processes of high-performance rare-earth permanent magnet materials.
This series of machines is primarily used for bidirectional compression moulding of rare-earth permanent magnet materials and is suitable for the production of cylindrical, annular, tile-shaped and various other irregularly shaped permanent magnet products.
Depending on the product structure and material properties, the equipment offers a variety of forming methods, including synchronous bidirectional pressing, floating bidirectional pressing and multi-cylinder bidirectional forming, thereby meeting the magnetic materials industry’s requirements for high-precision, high-consistency and high-efficiency production.
It is widely used in sectors such as new energy vehicles, electric motor manufacturing, electronic components and high-end equipment manufacturing.
