This series of hydraulic presses for mould fitting and alignment is specialised equipment designed for the fitting, adjustment and trial moulding of large and medium-sized moulds. It is primarily used in the mould manufacturing sectors of the automotive, agricultural vehicle, household appliance and aerospace industries.
This series of hydraulic presses is characterised by high rigidity, high precision and high stability, and is capable of meeting the requirements for the installation, adjustment, fitting and pressure testing of large precision moulds.
The equipment utilises a high-precision hydraulic control system; the ram’s lifting and lowering speed can be adjusted according to process requirements, and the ram can be stopped and locked at any position, ensuring stability and safety during the die fitting process.
Furthermore, this series of equipment is not only suitable for die fitting and trial moulding, but can also be used for a variety of processing techniques, including drawing, forming and pressing.
