Open-Die Forging Hydraulic Press
Category:
Product Description
Open-die forging presses are primarily used for the open-die forging of various metallic materials, and are capable of performing a range of forging processes including upsetting, punching, drawing, finishing and the forming of ring-shaped forgings. The equipment features a high-rigidity frame structure and utilises a hydraulic system to deliver stable, powerful forging pressure, inducing plastic deformation in metal billets to achieve the precision forming of large forgings and high-performance alloy materials.
This product series includes: pull-down forging hydraulic presses, three-beam four-column forging hydraulic presses, and frame-type three-station forging hydraulic presses. The machine body has undergone finite element analysis (FEA) and three-dimensional optimisation design, resulting in high overall structural rigidity and strong impact resistance, capable of meeting the production requirements for large, high-strength forgings. Depending on the user’s specific forging process requirements, auxiliary equipment such as mobile workbenches, die clamping devices and forging manipulators can be configured to achieve mechanisation and automation of the forging process.
