Four-Column Powder Compaction Hydraulic Press

This series of four-column hydraulic powder compaction presses is primarily used for the compaction and forming of powdered materials.

Product Description

This series of four-column hydraulic powder compaction presses is primarily used for the compaction and forming of powdered materials. The equipment features a high-rigidity four-column structure and utilises a hydraulic system to provide stable pressure, enabling the compaction and forming of materials such as metal powders, magnetic materials and ceramic powders within the die. The equipment is characterised by precise pressure control, stable forming and high repeatability, making it suitable for the mass production of products such as permanent magnet materials, powder metallurgy components and ceramic products. Depending on the customer’s process requirements, the machine can be configured with automatic feeding, demoulding devices and a PLC control system to enhance production efficiency and product consistency.

This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for the production of powder metallurgy products with multi-step and irregularly shaped structures. It is also the ideal forming equipment for the production of powder products in industries such as rare-earth permanent magnets, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, cemented carbides and composite materials.

Performance Features

1. This series of hydraulic presses features process operations such as ‘automatic (manual) powder feeding, triple pressing and pull-down demoulding’, ensuring smooth degassing during the moulding of powder products and uniform product density.

2. The powder feeding height, demoulding position and product pressing height are all mechanically positioned, with optional mechanical transmission mechanisms available to facilitate user adjustment, ensuring repeatable positioning accuracy and consistent performance.

3. The hydraulic system employs a cartridge valve integrated system, a precision oil filtration system and a water-cooling unit, prioritising flanged connections over hose connections to ensure stable machine operation, minimal impact and few potential leakage points; a combined high- and low-pressure pump supply reduces power consumption.

4. Centralised push-button control is utilised, offering multiple operating modes including adjustment, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, ensuring flexible and convenient operation.

5. It offers three demoulding methods—‘ejection demoulding’, ‘pull-down protection demoulding’ and ‘micro-retraction protection demoulding’—to accommodate the requirements of materials with varying properties and products of diverse shapes.
