The YTD61 series of metal extrusion hydraulic presses is specialised hydraulic equipment developed for the extrusion forming process of metal materials. It is primarily used for the extrusion processing of metals such as aluminium, copper and steel, whilst also meeting the pressing and forming requirements of a variety of ductile materials.
This series of equipment offers two mainframe configurations to meet users’ production process requirements: a three-beam, four-column structure and a monoblock frame structure. The three-beam, four-column structure features a spacious operating area and ease of maintenance; whilst the monoblock frame structure offers advantages such as high rigidity, high guiding precision and strong resistance to off-centre loads.
The equipment utilises independent hydraulic and electrical control systems, delivering high pressing speeds, with both working pressure and stroke adjustable to suit different process requirements, making it particularly suitable for high-efficiency, high-precision metal extrusion production.
Furthermore, this series of equipment can be extended to accommodate a variety of metal plastic forming processes, including stretching, bending, forming, punching and blanking, and flanging.

Performance Features
1. The equipment can be configured according to process requirements: ejection mode, non-ejection mode, or drawing mode. Each mode supports both fixed-stroke control and fixed-pressure control to meet the requirements of various metalworking processes.
2. Centralised button control is employed, offering adjustment, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operating modes. It also features an emergency stop function and an emergency retraction function to enhance operational convenience and safety.
3. The electrical control system can be connected to peripheral equipment via signal interfaces to achieve semi-automatic production line cycles. It can be integrated with water spraying systems, pneumatic systems, graphite lubrication equipment and heating furnaces to meet automated production requirements.
