Four‑Column Molding Hydraulic Press

This series of four-column hydraulic presses is primarily used for the compression moulding of various materials. The equipment utilises a hydraulic system to apply stable pressure, enabling the material to undergo plastic deformation within the die and facilitating processes such as compression, moulding, forming and trimming. It is suitable for the moulding of products made from metals, composite materials, plastics and powdered materials. Depending on the specific production process, the equipment can be configured with heating systems, temperature control systems, hydraulic cushions and PLC control systems to meet customers’ diverse production requirements.

Performance features

1. Two forming processes—fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure—can be selected via the control panel, and functions such as pressure-holding delay are available.

2. Centralised button control is employed, offering adjustment, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operating modes.

3. The hydraulic control utilises an integrated cartridge valve system, minimising hydraulic shock whilst reducing the number of connecting pipes and potential leakage points.
