This series of frame-type single-action hydraulic presses for sheet metal stretching features a fully welded frame structure, characterised by high machine rigidity, strong resistance to off-centre loads and excellent precision retention. The equipment is primarily used for processes such as stretching, punching, forming, pressing and trimming of thin metal sheets. The hydraulic system provides stable pressure, enabling the sheet metal to undergo plastic deformation under the action of the die. It is suitable for the forming of large thin-sheet components such as automotive body panels, household appliance casings, kitchen and bathroom products, and metal containers. The equipment can be configured according to customers’ production requirements with features such as a hydraulic cushion, a moving worktable, an automatic feeding system and a PLC control system, thereby achieving high-efficiency, high-precision production.
