YTD30 Series Single-Column Hydraulic Press

Product Description
This series of single-column hydraulic presses with a top cylinder features a C-frame single-arm structure, characterised by its compact design, spacious operating area and operational flexibility. The equipment is fitted with an independent top cylinder mechanism, enabling functions such as workpiece ejection and auxiliary forming, thereby enhancing production efficiency and ease of operation. The machine delivers stable pressure via its hydraulic system, enabling a wide range of processing operations including pressing, forming, stamping, stretching, trimming and assembly. It is suitable for mould forming and batch production of small to medium-sized components. The machine can be configured with a PLC control system, photoelectric safety devices, a digital display system for stroke and pressure, and an automatic feeding device according to the customer’s production requirements, ensuring efficient, precise and safe production.
