Performance Features:
This series of flat vulcanising presses is specialised moulding equipment for the rubber industry. Heating is provided by electric heating (or steam or oil heating), whilst the power system utilises a combination of high- and low-pressure pumps for oil supply, thereby reducing the equipment’s power consumption.
The electrical control system utilises advanced PLC technology to enable automated processes such as automatic mould closing, automatic timing control, automatic mould opening and automatic temperature control, as well as automatic venting. It features rapid closing speed, a short pressurisation stroke, segmented and graded pressurisation, extended pressure holding time, gradual pressure release and graded pressure reduction, thereby ensuring product quality and high efficiency.
Furthermore, various types of hot presses—including four-column, frame-type and worktable-extraction models—can be customised to meet specific customer process requirements.
