Product Description

This series of four-column compression moulding hydraulic presses is primarily used for the compression moulding of composite materials. The equipment features a high-rigidity four-column structure, which delivers stable pressure via a hydraulic system. Combined with a mould heating and temperature control system, this enables composite materials to be cured and moulded under specific temperature and pressure conditions. It is suitable for the compression moulding of composite materials such as SMC, BMC, glass fibre and carbon fibre prepregs. It is widely used in sectors including lightweight automotive components, battery enclosures for new energy vehicles, electrical insulation components and industrial composite products.

Performance Features

1. The control panel enables both fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure moulding processes, and features functions such as pressure-holding delay and pressure adjustment to meet the requirements of various composite material moulding processes.

2. Centralised button control is employed, offering multiple operating modes including adjustment, manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, ensuring flexible and convenient operation.

3. The four-column guide structure ensures smooth ram movement and uniform force distribution, guaranteeing mould clamping precision and product moulding quality.

4. Can be configured with a mould heating and temperature control system to achieve precise control of process parameters such as pressure, temperature and time, meeting the compression moulding requirements for composite materials such as SMC, BMC and carbon fibre.

5. The hydraulic control system utilises an integrated cartridge valve system, minimising hydraulic shock, reducing the number of connecting pipes and potential leakage points, and enhancing system reliability and service life.

6. The equipment structure can be customised according to the customer’s product dimensions and process requirements, and can be fitted with automated systems such as automatic feeding and part removal to improve production efficiency.
