Product Description
The YTD71 series of hydraulic presses for fibreglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) products are specialised hydraulic machines developed to meet the requirements of composite material moulding processes, and are primarily used for the compression moulding of FRP and other composite materials.
This series of machines is suitable for a variety of processing techniques, including the compression moulding of FRP products, composite material pressing, bending, flanging and workpiece straightening.
The equipment employs a pre-tensioned tie-rod frame structure, offering high rigidity, high precision and excellent resistance to deformation. The ram is guided by adjustable rails, ensuring motion precision and stability during long-term operation.
The hydraulic system utilises advanced cartridge-type integrated valves and proportional variable-displacement pumps to achieve precise regulation of pressure and speed, meeting the pressure and speed control requirements of various composite material forming processes.
This series of products is widely used in the production of composite material products for the automotive, rail transport, new energy, aerospace, construction and industrial sectors.
