Product Description
The YTD05C series of automatic wet hydraulic presses for magnetic materials is a range of specialised automated forming equipment developed specifically for the production process of ferrite permanent magnet materials. Designed with the characteristics of the magnetic materials industry in mind, this series of hydraulic presses is primarily used for the automatic compression moulding of wet ferrite permanent magnet materials.
The equipment is suitable for the production of a wide range of high-performance ferrite magnetic material products, including ring magnets, shim magnets, block magnets and custom-shaped permanent magnet products.
The equipment utilises an automatic wet forming process, employing floating compression and a pull-down protection demoulding technique to enhance product density uniformity and the forming yield rate.
Featuring a high-rigidity structure, stable hydraulic control and an intelligent electrical system, the equipment meets the magnetic materials industry’s requirements for continuous, high-precision and high-volume production.
