Product Description
The YTD72 Series Specialised Hydraulic Presses for Bonded Rare-Earth Permanent Magnets are automated, precision forming machines developed specifically for the forming processes of rare-earth permanent magnet materials. They are primarily used for the compression moulding of bonded permanent magnet materials such as neodymium-iron-boron.
This series of equipment is suitable for the forming and processing of cylindrical, annular, tile-shaped and various irregularly shaped magnetic components, and can meet the demands for mass production of high-performance magnetic materials in industries such as new energy vehicles, electric motor manufacturing and electronic components.
The equipment is designed using specialised forming processes and can provide a variety of pressing solutions based on different material properties and product structures, enabling stable and efficient automated production.
